At Lee Lux Fitz Activewear, we are committed to delivering your order with the same level of excellence and intention that defines our brand. Below you will find details regarding our shipping process, timelines, and responsibilities.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During product launches, limited drops, or high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly. If there is a delay, we will notify you promptly via email.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or federal holidays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–2 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


International Shipping (If Applicable)

We offer international shipping to select countries.

Please note:

  • Delivery times vary by destination

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Lee Lux Fitz Activewear is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • Orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect information

If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Lee Lux Fitz Activewear is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly

  3. Reach out to us for assistance

We will do our best to support you in filing a claim.


Damaged Items During Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damage

We will promptly arrange a replacement or resolution.


Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (if you prefer to restrict)

  • Military APO/FPO addresses (optional — remove if you plan to ship there)
